What do you primarily work on?

Overseeing daily operations for both residential and commercial divisions, including project preparation and execution.

What do you enjoy most about your role at HMAC?

I’m a lifelong learner and enjoy being challenged. No two days or projects are exactly the same, which brings energy and excitement to the work. I also value the camaraderie within the team.

What matters most to you when working with customers?

Making every client feel valued, heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. The goal is to build long-term relationships and create lifelong HMAC clients.

Outside of work, what do you enjoy?

Traveling with family, reading, hosting a monthly book club podcast with my sisters, and spending weeknights at the dog park with my golden retriever.
