What do you primarily work on?

Customer service and operations support for both residential and commercial projects.

What do you enjoy most about your role at HMAC?

I enjoy being the connection between customers, technicians, and operations. Helping everything run smoothly while making sure customers feel supported from start to finish is very rewarding.

What matters most to you when working with customers?

Clear communication, efficiency, and empathy. HVAC issues are often urgent, so I focus on making every customer feel heard, confident, and taken care of.

Outside of work, what do you enjoy?

Spending time with my pets, painting, and going to the gym.
