Removal of an existing underground fuel tank and replacement with a new 500-gallon UL 142 cylindrical above-ground fuel tank, day tank, and modern fuel management and monitoring system. Project includes signed and sealed engineering drawings.
Project Highlights and Results
The North Regional Courthouse is replacing its underground fuel tank with a new above-ground tank, day tank, and modernized fuel management and monitoring system. Replacing an underground tank with an above-ground UL 142 system involves regulatory coordination, signed and sealed engineering documentation, and careful integration with the building's existing systems. The work has to land within courthouse operations without disruption. We are removing the existing underground fuel tank and replacing it with a new 500-gallon UL 142 cylindrical above-ground fuel tank along with the day tank and a new fuel management and monitoring system, including providing signed and sealed drawings. Completion is projected for August 2026.
